Silver Fox's Crossover Challenge

Inu Yasha stomped back towards the well. Kagome and himself had fought over how long she would stay in her time- and of course, she'd won again, telling him to SIT!
"Damn her! Why do I always have to look like the bad guy?! I just want to get this damn quest over with!" Inu Yasha muttered, slipping inside the well.
"Inu Yasha!!!" Kagome's cry alerted him.
"Eh?" He popped his head back up to see Kagome standing in the shrine's doorway.
"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." Kagome sighed. "I just have this huge test tomorrow and-"
"Feh. I don't care. You don't want me around? Fine! I'll just go then." Inu Yasha snorted, going back to the well.
"Wait!!" Kagome said, reaching for him.
"What?" He looked irritated.
"I.... What's that?" Kagome pointed past him, towards the wall. Inu Yasha looked to where she had pointed.
"What in the seven hells??" He gasped, backing away.
"It looks like a.... portal.. I think." Kagome carefully walked over to a semi-large rainbow colored hole that was plastered to the wall. The portal tremored when Kagome touched it.
Suddenly-
"KYAAA!!" Kagome shouted, as the portal sucked her in.
"KAGOME!" Inu Yasha jumped forward, and grabbed her thighs. Both blushed at the awkward position, and the portal took the chance to suck them both inside.
"Ugh." Kagome sat up. That probably hadn't been one her smartest ideas. She reached up and moved the hair out of her eyes to be able to see where she was. She blinked, and looked right into a pair of amber slitted eyes. That's when she realised where she had landed.
Right in Inu Yasha's lap.
They froze, looking at each other for a second.
"Aah!" Both of them moved at once, both scrambling to stand up and managing to get in each other's way in a tangle of hair and limbs. Finally Inu Yasha just pushed her off his lap on to the floor and rose to his feet.
"What'd you do that for?" She demanded, rubbing her tail bone where she had landed.
"Bah." He snorted disdainfully and looked away.
That's when she noticed that they weren't alone in the white room.

That's when she noticed that they weren't alone in the white room.
(Confused yet?)
"Is that a mirror?" She puzzled, rising to her feet. They were in some sort of large white room, or at least she thought it was a room. There was nothing except for white as far as the eye could see, except for another set of herself and Inu Yasha.
Both the Inu Yasha standing next to her and the one across the small room wrinkled their noses. "Doesn't smell like one." He commented, his voice echoing strangely.
She blinked, her double doing the same. "How strange." It looked way too dimensional to be a mirror, and it didn't have the usual glossy flat effect to it.
Inu Yasha snorted, the strange echo thing happening again.
Kagome waved. Her double did the same.
Spun around in a circle. The double mirrored her movement.
She balanced on one foot and hopped up and down. She started to lose her balance as she landed and wobbled a bit on the landing, then caught her balance.

The other three occupants of the room looked at her.
"Good one, Kagome." Both Inu Yasha said in unison, arms crossed.
Everyone sweatdropped, the fact that they weren't looking at a mirror sinking in. two Kagome, two Inu Yasha.
Both Inu Yasha pulled out their Tetsusaiga and began to trade blows.
"Sit!"
*WHAM!*
The two Kagome looked down at the dual imprints the Inu Yasha had made, then glanced at each other. "Sorry." They apologised in unison. "He's a bit impulsive."
"That's really annoying." Both Inu Yasha griped, rising out of the holes in the floor and sheathed their swords. They glared at each other. "Stop doing that! Quit copying what I'm saying!"
They glared at each other, then crossed their arms and looked away. "Bah."
The Kagome sighed. The sitting one rose to her feet and they both held their hands out at the same time. "Hi, I'm Kagome."
The Inu Yasha rolled their eyes. "Idiot."
The girls glared at them. "Don't make me say 'it'!"
*** Meanwhile, In the Continuity Headquarters ***
A siren went off.
Nobody moved.
They were used to this by now. They also dealt with the X-men.
"What is it now?" The captain sighed, feeling another headache coming on.
"One of the mangas has been mixed up, sir." An ensign reported. "Some how, two of the main characters from 'Inu Yasha' have been pulled onto a blank page."
"So open up another warp an bring them back." The captain ordered.
"It's uh, not that easy, sir." The ensign fidgeted. "It's two sets of the main characters, one the original Japanese version, and the translated English version as well."
The captain groaned, burying his head in his hand. "You have GOT to be kidding."
"No, sir." The ensign shook his head.
"Any other *wonderful* news you'd like to impart, ensign?"
"Um, yessir. There seems to be a number of Inu Yasha and Kagome crossing over into other universes happening right now, sir."
"What?!"
"Yessir. It appears to be the fault of one 'SilverFox', sir."
"Ensign?"
"Yessir?"
"Bring me the really BIG bottle of aspirin."
"Yessir."
*** Back to the blank page, erm, the pocket universe...*
"Look out!" The Inu Yasha grabbed the nearest Kagome to them and shielded them as mirror portals opened up, one to the left and the right of them.
"Looks like our ticket out of here." Both Inu Yasha commented. "About time. C'mon Kagome, lets go."
"Wait!" Both Kagome stepped back. "Which Inuyasha is which?"
"Wha-?" The Inu Yasha sweatdropped, before glancing at each other in confusion. "They both smell the same."
"Crap!"
"Kuso!"
"THAT'S my Inu Yasha!" The Kagome cheered, each going to the different Inu Yasha.
The boys looked at each other. "Kuso? I like that!" One grinned.
"Better than that sissy 'crap'."
"Don't give him any ideas, please." The less foul mouthed Inu Yasha's Kagome sighed. He smirked. Too late.
"So which portal do we go through?" The other Kagome mused.
"That one." The youkai each pointed to a different portal.
Both Kagome blinked. "How?"
The boys pointed to their Tetsusaiga. The 'Kuso' one had his on the right, the 'Crap' one on the left.
"Oh, of course. Right hand, right portal. Left hand, left portal." The Kagome muttered, both feeling kinda stupid for not remembering the flipped effect earlier.
Both Inu Yasha smirked big time. They were going to have fun reminding them later.
"Let's go." The Inu Yasha repeated, picking up their Kagome and throwing them on their backs. The nodded to each other and took off for their respective portals.
"Wait! How do we know we're going in the right one?" The Kagome protested.
"We'll just have to find out, won't we?" Both Inu Yasha growled, leaping through the swirling portals before the Kagome could protest any more.
"KYAAA!!" The portals sucked them inside.
"-KYAAA!!" Inu Yasha and Kagome were flung out of the rainbow colored hole and into the mini-shrine. Inu Yasha twisted, bringing Kagome around to protect her as they headed for the far wall. He bounced off the wall first and tumbled backwards. He tripped in mid-air on the well itself and ended up rolling on the floor, still holding Kagome.
They came to a stop next to the wall where the portal had opened up.
Kagome slowly opened her eyes, not sure if she wanted to know where they were. She blinked, and looked right into a pair of amber slitted eyes.
That's when she realised that Inu Yasha had ended up on top of her, arms still wrapped protectively around her.
They both froze, staring at each other.
"Ahhh!!!" In a scene that comically mirrored the first time they had fallen out of the portal, they both tried to move at once.
After a few red-faced moments, they separated, kneeling a few feet away from each other on the floor. They stared at each other, both a bit pink in the face.
"You were thinking inappropriate things, weren't you?" Kagome accused.
Pop! There went a vein in Inu Yasha's head. "Wha-?" He glared at her for a minute, getting angry. "You were the one who had to go through the portal in the first place!"
"I did not!" She retorted angrily. She then paused, looking around. "Hey, we're back!" She exclaimed cheerfully.
Inu Yasha grunted in response, standing up. "I'm happy for you." He remarked sarcastically, putting a foot on the well. "Go study for your 'exam', I'll see you tomorrow." He growled.
"Um, Inu Yasha?" Kagome ventured, also rising.
He turned slightly, a sour expression on his face.
"Thank you." She smiled sweetly at him. "I'll see you tomorrow, after the exam."
He snorted, then jumped down the well.
Kagome shook her head a bit at him as she walked out of the mini-shrine. He could be so strange sometimes.
She stretched, enjoying the feeling of sunlight through the trees shadows. She still had to study for the exams, then school tomorrow and then back to the Warring States...
Kagome paused outside of the kitchen door, then opened it and walked in side. That was funny... She could have sworn that the handle used to have been on the other side....
