Egon absentmindedly reached for his PKE meter as he peered through the microscope, watching a new strain of bacteria multiply. His lab may have looked like a mess to the untrained eye, but it was actually meticulously planned and laid out. His fingers touched an object, and he picked it up.

Moments later, the message reached his busy brain that what he was holding was *not* a PKE meter.

He looked up from the microscope. He was holding an apple with white letters on it. Closer examination revealed it to be a note written in Liquid Paper and Janine's handwriting. Curious, and slightly bemused, he read it.

"Since you probably missed the Post-it note, decided to find a more creative way to remind you about our date tonight. 8:00. Love, Janine."

Date? He glanced at the clock. Quarter after Seven. Just enough time to wrap things up here, grab a shower and get dressed. Perfect.

Still bemused, he glanced down at the apple. Be interesting to see what chemical reactions were created if he introduced this new bacteria to the apple and white out combination...

Later. He had a date to get ready for after all.
