ジャイアンツの星 Giant's Star (Christmas Tree Star made with Emeralds and Diamonds)	• There had been no heists for 3 months. • worth 1,000,000,000 Yen. • Takes place on Christmas Eve at 18:54 outside Tofu Department Store in Ono. • The President of Tofu Dept. Store staged a fake heist to claim the insurance money and sell Kid merchandise. • Kid steals the star and topples the giant tree into the Store. • Returns heist by putting it on top of Nakamori's tree. (the back of Aoko's sweatshirt says 'Gosho' with the authour's caricature on it)	Gadgets: Cardgun
Shonen Sunday Special December 1989

東風デパート　オーナー Tofu Department Store Owner	Comes up with the scheme of staging a Kaitou Kid robbery to increase sales at the Department Store. Sells lots of Kid merchandise before the staged heist. Kid drops the tree into the department store.
Flunky	Owner promises to promote him to Vice President if he dresses like the Kaitou Kid and steals the Giant's Star from in front of the Department Store. He does so and gets caught by Nakamori-keibu

Hakuba Saguru's Father, the Metropolitan Chief of Police. A very large, round man, has a tendancy to laugh loudly, frequently.

ブロンズ像 Bronze Statue	• Heist takes place at Ekoda Museum. • Hakuba & Kaito have a bet over who gets to take Aoko to the Prince Prince Concert after Kaito turned her down. Nakamori-keibu wins. • Hakuba & Kid jump each other and wrestle over a gas mask. Ha-ha. • Fails Heist. Nakamori shoots balloon, foiling get-away.	Disguises: Hakuba Saguru Gadgets: Hand held TV, goggles, suction cup rope gun, inflatable balloon harness, cardgun

Shiny Necklace, Jewel at Ojiima Museum	• Four Heist Nights in a row. Third at Toaru Buidling, Fourth at Ojiima Art Museum. • Akako has a crystal ball that not only sees the future, but talks back. She also has a mallet. • Hakuba gets a strand of hair and analyses it at his Grandfather's Laboratory. • Hakuba handcuffs Kuroba to prove he's the Kid at the Ochima Art Museum. • Akako fills in for the Kid to keep him from being arrested. • Aoko thinks Kid is gay because he (Akako) screamed like a girl. 'kyaa' • Heist? -Akako has it?	Disguises: Akako as Kid, on a broomstick. Gadgets: Inflatable propelled blimp

Yaiba vs Kaito!

宝剣 Houtou (literally "Treasure Sword")	• Crossover with Gosho's earlier series "Yaiba". • Mid-air swordfight with Yaiba • Was remade into first Conan OVA "Conan vs Kid vs Yaiba" • Fails heist due to Onimaru's cannons.	Gadgets: flowers, dress for Sayaka's Grandmother, Hang glider
Shonen Sunday Special Edition 21 August 1993

鉄刃 (やいば) Kurogane Yaiba	Main character of one of Gosho's other series, 'Yaiba'. Not exactly the brightest bulb in the batch. Wants to become the World's Greatest Samurai. Was literally raised in the jungle, has very little social skills.
鉄剣十郎 Kurogane Kenjuurou	Yaiba's Father. Took Yaiba away from his mom and older sister to train to be a swordsman. Brilliant in a very bizarre sort of way. Tends to drink a lot. Stops the fight between Yaiba and Kid to correct Kid's fighting stance.
峰さやか Mine Sayaka	Yaiba's best friend. She travels with him everywhere. Acts a bit like a sister towards him. Kid falls through her roof into her room while she's changing clothes.
峰雷蔵 Mine Raizou	Sayaka's Father. Kenjuurou's Childhood/Lifelong Kendo rival. Tends to be a little on the frazzled/intense side. Yaiba is currently living in his house.
峰　静香 Mine Seikou	Sayaka's Mother. Kind woman, seems to have lots of patience. Practices Naginata. (japanese spear form)
ご隠居 Goinkyou "Retired Person"	Sayaka's Grandmother. The true power of the household. Little tiny woman with a big cackle. Mistress of the family dojo. Kid puts her in a poofy dress. She sparkles at him.
宮本武蔵 Miyamoto Musashi	Yaiba's mentor, supposedly over 400 years old, guarding the Sword of Raijin. Little wrinkled old dude with huge bushy eyebrows longer than his beard. Historically lived from 1584-1645, development of the two sword fighting technique is credited to him. Authour of the book 'The Five Rings'.
カゲトラ Kagetora	Tiger, Yaiba's companion from the jungle. Yaiba and Sayaka often ride on his back. Pulls the kite string Yaiba rides on to fight the Kid. Sayaka named him.
庄之介 Sounosuke	Vulture, Yaiba's companion from the jungle. Often used for winged transportation.
ゲロ左右門 Gerozaemon	Frog Man. Previously one of Onimaru's 8 Demon Generals. Lives in the Mine family Koi pond. Kid accidentally falls on top of him. Ends almost every sentence with 'Gero'. (ribbit) Is a food gourmet as well as a strong fighter.
鬼丸猛 Onimaru Takashi	Yaiba's Lifelong Rival and main villain in the Yaiba series. Currently possessed by Fuujin. Blows Yaiba and Kid out of the sky with a cannon.

Blue Birthday

ブルーバースデー Blue Birthday (India's Largest Sapphire, a ring)	• Blue Birthday is the sixth heist that month • Aoko's 17th Birthday (September) • Snake's first appearance, jewel thief, sharp shooter and Toichi's killer. He reports to Crab-face, who reports to someone else. • Pandora's first appearance • Hold the stone up to the moonlight as Volley's Comet (passes by once every 10,000 years) and the stone will cry tears of immortality. • Kid makes fake jewels & settings • Returns heist via Crab-face's face.	Disguises: Police Officer Gadgets: Inflatable Propelled Blimp with Kid, Portable Electric Drill, Inflatable crouching Kid, fireworks, fake Blue Birthday. The police also put a transmitter on the real stone.
Shonen Sunday Special September 1993

スネーク Snake	Has a handlebar moustache, wears a dark grey trench coat and a fedora. Called 'Snake' in the manga, 'Jackal' in the OVA. Possible member of the Black Organization. He's an assassin, jewel thief and a sharp shooter. Appears to like shots to the heart. Toichi's killer.
'Crab-face' (name unknown)	Snake's boss. Owns a very traditional looking house. Reports to yet another higher up, who's looking for the gem. He's the one who explains the legend of Pandora.

Green Dream

グリーンドリーム Green Dream (World's Largest's Emerald)	• Kid heists are now closely followed by mysterious men in dark grey trench coats. • Returns heist publicly stating it was not what he was looking for.	Disguises: Stagehand Gadgets: Spotlights
Shonen Sunday Special August 1994

今泉麗子 Imaizumi Reiko	Only daughter of the owner of the theatre. She uses this position to take the lead role in 'Marusu and Rosa'. Likes to push everyone around. Is not well liked.
古畑　恵 Furuhata Megumi	Beginning Stage Actress with a bad case of stage fright. She impresses Kaito with her acting skills and in exchange, KID gives her not only the emerald Green Dream, but starts her career. She considers him somewhat of guardian angel for it. His advice to her is then when looking out at an audience, imagine that they're lamp posts, looking back at you.
