Iron Tanuki Magic Vol 65 Thanks to Conan-Magic for the translation. Used with permission.
鉄狸 "Iron Tanuki" A Large Safe, the Last work of Samizu Kichiemon. Jiroki used to hide inside with his family during WWII. The inside is 4 square meters short of a 6 tatami room, so about 6 square meters, or 64.5 square feet. The walls are metal, 50cm (19.7") thick. There is a 3cm (1.5") gap at the bottom to allow air through. The dails to open the door have various booby-traps attached, such as arrows, large axes, and puppets with mocking fans.
